National Weenie Dog Day at Skiptown 🌭🐶

Calling all dachshunds, hot dogs, and hot dog lookalikes!

Join us on Thursday, July 23 for an evening dedicated to the longest, lowest, and most lovable pups around. Whether you’ve got a dachshund or a dog who’s ready to rock a hot dog costume, this is one party you won’t want to miss.

What to Expect

Meet fellow weenie-loving pet parents, snap adorable photos, cheer on the fastest little legs in town, and enjoy a fun-filled evening at the park. We’ll have a dedicated meetup area, plenty of photo opportunities, and exciting races where pups can compete for bragging rights and prizes.

No dachshund? No problem. Dress your pup in their best hot dog costume and join the fun, including the costume race!

While the pups play, grab your favorite drink from the bar and enjoy a summer evening with the Skiptown community. Atlanta guests can also enjoy a special hot dog food feature available during the event.

*Free pup cups available for dachshunds and pups dressed as hot dogs while supplies last. Pup cups must be enjoyed in designated pup cup areas.

Before You Visit

To ensure a safe and fun experience for every pup, all dogs attending must have a completed Skiptown profile in the Skiptown app, current vaccination records on file, and meet our park entry requirements. If it’s your pup’s first visit, we recommend completing your profile and uploading vaccination records before you arrive for a quicker check-in.
